The Caverns of Vyran are located in the Beldar Peaks; their mountain-side entrance lies on the Northern-fringe of the Rosewood, and the Caverns themselves traverse the entire depth of the Beldar Peaks. Various passages connect the Northern side, which emerges on the Sereti Plains, to the Southern Rosewood entrance; in the center of these passages is a large cavern where some scholars from Kranomyrr take up residence to conduct under-ground experiments and archaeological work. These scholars keep a large quantity of books with them, and are more than happy to chat with travelers who wish to learn about the history of the Caverns and what it is the scholars do.

The Caverns earned their namesake from Vyran, a master scholar who, it is rumored, was secretly buried deep in the largely-unexplored depths of the Caverns. If he was indeed buried there, the location of his tomb is unknown.
