Castle Rinsilar represents one of Lynncair's more widely-known myths. According to the songs sung by bards in the royal court and the bawdiest taverns alike, Castle Rinsilar is a utopia of sorts in the form of a single, grand, perfectly-constructed chateau. Countless rumors and legends exist pertaining to the nature of Castle Rinsilar: some say it is where Illarian conducted his creation ritual during the Godswar, while others think of it as a place where one's soul goes after death. Some scholars have hypothesized that Castle Rinsilar and Vilrosa-Dyzar, the mythical home of the Archenchanters are, in fact, one and the same. While there are many who dismiss Castle Rinsilar as nothing more than a fairy tale or childhood fantasy, many believe that such a place actually does exist, hidden amidst the many peaks of the Amon-Dur mountain range or in the depths of the Virin Marsh.
