A little bit of writing after all

So I ultimately did manage to get some dialogue work (~500 words, perhaps a little more) done this evening between dinner, dessert, and playing sardines with all the younger kids (I'm always the oldest). It was a good time. Anyhow, off to bed--I'm exhausted.
